It goes on and on and on and on

I'm the worst promise keeper ever, don't you reckon? Well, better late than never ;)
What can I say. I'm loving life right now. Endless hours of gabbing, laughing and arsing about. How sweet is that?
So lets see what I did over these past few days ....

So we had this whole 'Hari Koperasi' thing in school yesterday and it was pretty exciting, in a very awkward way. No actually i take all of it back. It wasn't exciting, it was rather boring except for the song which, in this case, was pretty interesting. So I can't exactly remember any part of the song except for this one word 'hidup' where you raise your voice and end abruptly after that.
So that was the only funny part of the one hour meeting.

A few days back in Biology, Sony, Tanu and I were being random and dead bored.
Our teacher was currently going on about drain water and methyl blue while we sat there right in front of her plain laughing at the most random things.
For some reason, I found this ancient list made by a few of us about our desired personalities in our dream guy. It was part of an English project, don't ask.
Here are a few... hilarious ones.

Me Tanu Sony
--------------------

Eh, you want a debater?
Hmm-mm
What is this? You're 'debater, him debater. In the end...fight fight fight.... and
DIVORCE!
laugh

-----------------------------

Flirt? Oooh....Pft, I know you so well
Eh? hello?
Hmm-mm?
Flirt?
Yeah, they're sexy...
Yeah but at the same time you want....loyal and religious!
Laughs
That's why I have not-easily-influenced down there!
All-in-one package Sony. All in one!
Yeah right! Never will happen
That's why it's called the dream guy!
Laughs

--------------

So yeah, those were some.
Then we broached the topic about music and I seriously, do not enjoy rap. I think it's okay, sometimes when it's only one verse but a full rap song....err. Not my cup of tea.
Anyway, while Tanu completed her Bahasa essay, Sony and I started to rap spontaneously.
Which is also part of the reason why I can't remember a single line except for the fact that our names were in it ;)
But it was 'teh awesome. It was cheesy, obviously but the extra cheesiness was what made the rap hilarious!

Then the weirdest thing happened!
Our Biology teacher came over to our table and we were like, Oh Shit! She's coming.
Then, she stopped in front of us and we waited with our pens between our fingers.
All of a sudden,

Eh Iman?
Yeah...
You Arabian ah?
Uh ... what...?

While Tanu and Sony burst into fits of giggles, I sat there baffled. I love Pn. Yong when she's in her jocular mood ;)

Well, It's half past eight right now and I've got way beyond my limit.
I promised myself to complete all the Accounting Spreads I have. Bof!
Anyway, I have yet to blog about more things... that is, when I actually do ;)

Just a pointer :
1. Red House

Well, that will score as the main header for the following post, I guess.
Ciao!

PS: I'm truly spoiled with Journey!

Second for covers after Bden and FOB perhaps? (:

Thank you

Case Closed.
Thanks a bunch to everyone who helped resolved the dilemma.
A blog post might come up later.

I'm afraid

I hate the fact that form four is drawing to an end.
No matter how much I hated this year, I must say it has also been one of the best years of my life. I've been a lot more active in school this year , I guess and the best part is I actually in a very odd way, had fun. No matter how much I try to be in denial of the fact but it's almost impossible to continue denying myself.
The new subjects are actually interesting. It's like being opened into a new era where things seem more complicated yet they make more sense. Whatever, I'm not going to delve into that field right now.

--------------------------------

My title says it all. I am afraid and I really want a counselor to talk to right now but too bad, I don't have one so I'm just going to blurt everything out here... even when it may seem like a ridiculous idea since as far as probably everyone is concerned by blog has been dead for ages.
Well, there's always room for resurrection now isn't there?

Okay. Main headed for today : French vs. Principles of Accounting?

The ten subjects thing is crap. I'm not going to kid here but seriously, I mean, 12 would seem like a perfectly reasonable amount. Anyway, too bad. So I have to make a choice and the choice is due by January, well kind of.
So French or Principles of Accounting?

I'm just going to lay out my points here.

  • I'm more inclined to French, because I love the language
  • I love French and I do aspire to speak it fluently one day
  • But I checked out the SPM French papers and they are kind of difficult
  • They seriously are not papers fit for people who just started learning French in form four
  • I don't really like Accounts. I'm more of a business studies person.
  • Accounts is easy, well easier than the SPM French paper.
  • Accounts require memorising and applying. Answers are either right or wrong.
  • French is all subjective
  • I got an A in accounts for my finals where as I've never taken a single SPM based, French exam
  • 99% of the science streamers take accounts as an extra subject

Okay, so help. So majority of the people I have asked say French BUT my parents are siding accounts because they don't think I can score an A in French. It's unpredictable, of course, because it is a language.
And to be frank, I'm starting to grow dubious of myself. I don't know.
I'm not sure which subject to take.
I can work monkey's butt off for the French paper but it is still a language. It all comes down to my proficiency in the language and my ability to construct sentences with accents.
Where as accounts, I can force myself to memorise things.

To be frank, I don't think I'll need accounts in the future, although my father disagrees. So maybe it will be nice to learn it for the future. It's nice to know how money comes in and out but so far all we've been doing for form four is book keeping which is heck boring.

I know that no matter what, I will continue learning French in the future. But then, mum says I can keep on studying French even without taking the SPM paper. I could take the French DELF papers instead and taken the principles of accounting SPM paper. She reckons it's the best of both world but then again, I wouldn't have my passing French (God willing) on my SPM certificate.

And, I kind of want it there because everyone's taking accounts and when you're knee-deep in geniuses, the competition is quite tough. So having a French Grade (God Willing) on my certificate would look... well nice.

Help. Help. Help. I'm confused. I've never been a decisive person.
I want advice, but I know in the end it will have to come down to me.
But I'm scared. I don't think I'm good enough for either subjects but I do know that if I work 100% for Principle of Accounting, I might have a chance of scoring... I think. Where as French, by the looks of it, I might have to snowball an extra 50%.
Help.
Help.
I don't mind working hard for something I love, which in this case French pwns Principles of Accounting in my likings but then again, things I work hard for never always produce promising results and as much as this sounds, well I can't think of the word right now, but I really do want an 'A' in my extra subject because who knows, with the narrowing down of 10 Subs for SPM, who knows how hard it will be to score, especially with that new grade system =.=

I'm not saying I WILL score an A for accounts, I'm just saying I have more confidence in that because I have taken a school examination for the subject and God Bless, I did get an A. So i do have hope, you see....

Help. Help. Help.

That beat goes vroom vroom vroom

First of,
Liverpool vs Man U, Liverpool won baby!

Okay, now moving on.
The motor GP was held at the Sepang circut yesterday and I was lucky to be given the chance to go. Along with Jiha and my sister, we arrived there around one thirty only to miss the ongoing match. It had twenty laps and by the time we arrived, the guy was already on his sixth lap.
It was amazing. The air, the atmosphere and the people we got to meet.
So, my first impression of a motor race was hot, sweaty and perhaps boring but I was wrong.

Jiha, Ayesha and I walked into the Perdana Suite and it was air-conditioned.
It was actually pretty cold that Ayesha had wished she brought a jacket. The food there was great and there were so many screens to watch the race. Of course, we wanted to catch it live with our own eyes so we walked onto the balcony and watched the race.
The great din never crazed my ears before.
Bike after bike came zooming and the immense cheering from the crowd was unbelievable.

This match wasn't what everyone would call the Grand-é. So while waiting for the final lap, we settled down and enjoyed our orange juice and lunch. What can I say? Dessert was awesome. I preferred the chocolate brownies but Jiha was more of the cheesecake fan. Sometimes, when I take a glance inside the suite, it honestly looks like those people came here for the food rather than the race ;)

Some Japanese guy won the race and he appeared on Tv etc etc. No one was that thrilled.
It began to pour, however and the spectators were starting to grow aggravated. It poured and poured until the match had to unfortunately be delayed. This of course, left the spectators in the stand angry. To be frank, we were quite disappointed but I guess it was okay since we had our booklet with us and it was the perfect time to get to know all the famous racers who would be competing in the final race.

Who I like?
Jiha and I both agreed on Lorenzo but My sister and I both agreed on Stoner. I guess in this case, Stoner pwns Lorenzo and....for some reasons all the race drivers look excruciatingly young! The first time we saw them, they looked like high school kids or something! Well, I guess part of it was because of their smile. They had very boyish smiles ;)

The match finally started at three thirty five and we all rushed onto the balcony to watch the racers get ready. It was a mind blowing scene! There were racers, their teams, reporters, the king...basically everyone was down there! The set up looked amazing with all the different colours. Although, sadly, most of the reporters could be seen swarming around Valentino Rossi. Even the king made his way there. I felt bad for the rest.

The race kicked of and Casey Stoner had a MASSIVE leap. He was ahead of everyone else. Like seriously ahead that no one could catch up with him.
Then came Pedrosa and Dovisioso etc. Rossi was 7th at first.
My sister started feeling bad for de Puniet ( the guy who was last and probably had no hope at all) While most of the bikes sped off with amazing, loud engine noises, his was....lets just say it wasn't as loud. In the end, he was retired.

What was sad was that after the fifteenth lap, Dovisioso who was currently in the third place had an accident. In the end, he was out :( Jiha and I kind of felt bad for him because he was doing so well! Just another six more laps and he could have finished the race.

The race ended with Casey in first place, Pedrosa in second and Rossi in third.
Seriously, I have no idea how he caught up! During prize giving, we headed across the building to watch it. Rossi had an egg with him the whole time and honestly, I had no idea why. The Australian, Italian and Spanish flags were risen and the winners stepped onto stage.
Some random people started to come up behind us and began pushing like CRAZY. The best part is, Jiha and I got separated from our fathers by some people and trust me, it was one...memorable experience.

So there was this guy and his girlfriend behind us and God knows what he was saying the whole time. So basically the girlfriend wanted to get onto his shoulder and to do that, he bent down and began tugging at Jiha who was at that point, completely disgusted and irritated. The best part was when he managed to get his girlfriend up, she started getting scared of heights and pressed Jiha's shoulder to stay up. I completely felt sorry for her the whole time :)

I guess that was quite a wonderful first time experience. Definitely one great day!
Might reblog this or edit it etc. Add some stuff after school.
It's five minutes to seven and I'm off.
Ciao!

In a really long time.

I just translated a Jonas Brothers song for someone...in French and I must say I am rather proud of myself :D
It's once in a while I make space for complacency.
Anyway.
Bof. I woke up this morning having some spirit to blog but then...I guess it disappeared when I drifted off doing something else.

Hmm. So...
I had subway for lunch yesterday and it was good :] The last time I ate anything from subway was way back in March, I think, when I went for debate at help and all of us were dying of hunger. But that was just a cookie bite, so you could probably guess how good it felt.
Then ..... I headed on for French and Div was absent again =.=

It was okay, except for the fact that the room was freezing cold and the teacher was speaking too fast for me to even catch.
We're doing subjonctifs and I hate it, so far. I don't get why there are like...I dunno, a dozen tenses? But I must admit, I'm lacking in almost everything I do.
French. Art. English. Psft even the triple science subjects.

Why? Because exams have got me focusing on school stuff and trust me, I think focusing on the other things while trying to focus on exam stuff probably wouldn't have made a difference compared to focusing thoroughly on exam stuff :D

Oh yeah! It was La semaine du goût last week but I didn't get the chance to go :(
It's like this national tasting week where you get to taste different types of food categorised based on their taste.
At our place, there's sweet, spicy (of course they have specific French names but calling them this way is easier :] ) tasteless (no kidding ;D) fattening , sour etc.

And..... we had dinner at a friend's house. Super Super Super.
Met another Stefan fan =.= Enjoyed wondermilk + again :D

Gosh, I'm starting to turn into a really boring person right?
Oh wait.

As I was in the car on the way back home, I passed this highway and we we going under a bridge so it was slightly dark but then out of no where, like underneath the bridge there were 4 bald threes. No kidding. They had no leaves and each one was painted with a colour (Blue, red, green and yellow)

At first, it was freaking. Like driving through this scene in the movie where it's all dark and all you say is light emanating from trees. It reminded me of this tiger cage-like thing I saw in Singapore during the night safari.
Well, yeah, it captured my attention so yeah :]

Nik if you're reading this I've reread the first book and haha (: You're right, Luke's amazing. Daphne's real annoying you know x]
and maybe yeah....team Ryan so far (:

PS: I just realised how much of a complete nut-head I am. One suffering from Alzheimer too =.=
